These terms and conditions

  7. Unless otherwise agreed, no delay, act or omission by b>the owner in exercising any right or remedy will be deemed a waiver of that, or any other, right or remedy.
  8. This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted according to the law of England and Wales and all disputes arising under these terms and conditions (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Business and Property Court of tthe High Court of Justice sitting in London, England.
